These terms are a short placeholder while our full Terms of Service are being finalized. By creating a preview site or a paid account with Odysite, you agree to the following.

Your account and content

You are responsible for the business information, images, and copy you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use them. Odysite builds and hosts your site on your behalf; you keep ownership of your own content.

The service

Paid plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may update or improve the service over time. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or is used unlawfully.

Domains

If you register a domain through Odysite, that registration is also subject to the registrar’s and ICANN’s policies.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Odysite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
